3.3 Capacity to Contract

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using different names, different payment methods or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts held by the same individual may be closed and balances forfeited.

4.Registration & Accounts

4.1 Registration Process

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for restricting access to your device. You must notify 668win immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, or at any subsequent point, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withdrawal refusal and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

4.4 Account Currency

Accounts may be operated in the currency available at registration. Where Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are supported, all balances, deposits and withdrawals will be displayed in PKR unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by 668win and are subject to change.

5.4 Withdrawal Hold

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

In the event of any conflict between a promotional offer's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotional offer's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — and any winnings generated from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates, maximum stake per bet, and bonus validity period are all specified in the individual offer terms. As an illustrative example only: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement would require PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is established.

7.3 Abuse of Bonuses

668win reserves the right to refuse, withhold or reclaim any bonus, and to close the associated account, where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, placing offsetting bets across accounts, and systematic bonus betting strategies that the operator determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the specified activation window, or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, will automatically expire and be removed from the User's balance along with any associated winnings.

8.Betting Rules & Conduct

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

668win reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where an error in odds has occurred, where a market has been suspended, or where a User's account is under review. Confirmation of a bet does not constitute final acceptance until settlement.

8.2 Odds & Markets

All odds are presented in decimal format unless the User has selected an alternative display preference. 668win reserves the right to suspend, remove or amend markets at any time, particularly in response to breaking sports news including team selections, weather events, and match condition changes relevant to PSL, ICC and other cricket competitions.

8.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body or sporting authority. Where results are disputed or under review by the relevant authority, settlement may be deferred. 668win's decision on settlement, made in good faith with reference to available official data, is final.

8.4 Errors & Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, manifest error, or system failure that affects the integrity of a bet or game, 668win reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. 668win is not liable for any loss arising from technical failures that are outside its reasonable control.

9.Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform. Breach of this clause constitutes a material violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, regardless of the name or payment method used
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without 668win's express written consent
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider information use or sports integrity violations
• Placing bets intended to exploit promotions rather than engage in legitimate gambling entertainment
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on the Platform
• Attempting to transfer account funds or account access to any third party
• Circumventing any geographic restriction or security measure implemented by 668win
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel
• Reproducing, copying or distributing any part of the Platform's content or software without authorisation

10.Responsible Gambling

11.Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by 668win

668win reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage use, or any other conduct that is harmful to the Platform or other users.

11.2 Account Closure by User

Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting 668win's support team. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement procedures. Real-money funds remaining after settlement will be refunded to the User's verified payment method, subject to KYC and standard processing requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, whether initiated by the User or by 668win, all unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited immediately. Real-money funds will be returned to the User following verification, minus any amounts owing to 668win or subject to ongoing investigations.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 668win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss resulting from an inability to access the Platform.

668win's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

668win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining adequate security on their own devices.

13.Intellectual Property

All content on the 668win Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game mechanics, odds presentation systems and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 668win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 668win.

14.Privacy & Data

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a submission to Pakistani jurisdiction or as a representation that the Services are authorised or approved by any Pakistani government body, including the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority or the State Bank of Pakistan.
